Generally, orders will be packed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Once an order is dispatched, a track and trace code will be available so you will know when your new garment shall arrive. If there are any delays, you will be notified via email. After the package is sent, any delays would be on the postal company’s behalf.
Shipping internationally may bring extra costs along with it, such as customs clearance and import duties. These costs will be for the buyer. If the order is cancelled before paying these costs, they will be forwarded to thirst, which will then be deducted from the repayment.
